Official Rules: Travelin’ With Kathryn Cruise Giveaway

A Margaritaville at Sea cruise for two (up to $350 value)

Free Cruise Giveaways is an ongoing series of giveaways run by Travelin' With Kathryn. These rules cover Giveaway #1 only. Each later giveaway has its own Official Rules, its own entry period, prize and drawing. Entering one giveaway does not enter you in any other. To enter a later giveaway, you must enter and confirm again under that giveaway's rules.

The prize is a free Margaritaville at Sea cruise for the winner and one guest, in one cabin, with taxes, port fees and gratuities included (value up to $350). Or, if the winner prefers, up to $350 toward a different cruise, with the winner paying the difference. See Section 9.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of Free Cruise Giveaways — Giveaway #1 (the "Giveaway") is Travelin With Kathryn, 881 Yellowbird Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33913. In these rules, "Travelin' With Kathryn" (the brand name) means the Sponsor. Phone: (239) 357-0814. Email: kathryn@freecruisegiveaway.com.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Margaritaville at Sea or any cruise line. "Margaritaville" is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe the prize.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (D.C.) who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live, if older) at the time of entry.

To use the prize, the winner must meet the cruise line's age rules, or travel with someone who does.

Not eligible: Kathryn Lyn and members of her household; anyone who works on this Giveaway for the Sponsor (owners, employees and contractors); and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) and household members of each.

Void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins when online entry opens on freecruisegiveaway.com (the start date and time will be posted on this page) and ends December 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's computer clock is the official clock for the Giveaway. Entries received or confirmed after the end of the Entry Period are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Both are free. Each method gives the same chance of winning.

A. Online entry. During the Entry Period, go to https://freecruisegiveaway.com and complete the entry form. You must give:

• your first and last name;
• your email address;
• your mobile phone number;
• your mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP);
• your agreement to subscribe to the Travelin' With Kathryn email newsletter; and
• your agreement to these Official Rules.

B. Mail-in entry (no newsletter and no text messages required). Hand-print your name, mailing address, email address and phone number on a 3" x 5" card. Mail it in a stamped envelope to: the Sponsor's mailing address in Section 1. Mail-in entries must be received by the Sponsor by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 15, 2026, the same time online entry closes. A postmark date does not count; only the date received counts. Cards received after that time, or received before the Entry Period begins, are not eligible. Limit one card per envelope. Mail-in entrants do not have to subscribe to the newsletter. Mail-in entrants do not have to confirm a mobile number by text message.

Texting the word CRUISE to (239) 357-0814 only sends back a link to the online entry form. It is not a way to enter, and it does not create an entry.

Text messages: the mobile number is used to send a one-time confirmation code. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to enter or win. Marketing text messages are sent only to entrants who tick a separate, optional, unchecked box.

5. Confirmation Requirement

An online entry counts only after both of these are done: 1. Email confirmed: the entrant clicks the confirmation link sent to the email address they gave; and 2. Mobile confirmed: the entrant enters the confirmation code sent by text message to the mobile number they gave.

To be eligible, an entry must be fully confirmed (email and mobile) before the Entry Period ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 15, 2026. Entries confirmed after that time are not eligible. There is no grace period. Submit early enough to confirm in time. All entries, online and mail-in, close at the same time. The entry list is locked after close and before the drawing. When both are confirmed, the entrant sees and receives a submission ID. The submission ID is the entrant's record that the entry counts. Unconfirmed entries are not eligible.

A mail-in entry counts when it is received by the Sponsor by the close of the Entry Period and logged. The Sponsor gives it a submission ID. Mail-in entrants are not added to the newsletter and are not sent marketing email or text messages. A mail-in entrant can get their submission ID by emailing kathryn@freecruisegiveaway.com.

6. Limit: One Entry Per Person

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per mobile number for this Giveaway, whatever method is used. Entrants are never entered automatically into any future giveaway. A second entry with the same confirmed email address or the same confirmed mobile number will not count. The Sponsor will not accept entries made with more than one email address, more than one mobile number, or any automated, script, macro or bot method. Entries that break these rules are void.

For this limit, email addresses that differ only by a "+" tag (for example name+1@example.com) count as the same address. Gmail addresses that differ only by dots (for example first.last@gmail.com and firstlast@gmail.com) count as the same address.

If there is a dispute about who made an online entry, the entry belongs to the authorized account holder of the confirmed email address. The authorized account holder is the person assigned the email address by the provider that issued it.

Staying subscribed to the newsletter is not required to stay eligible. An entrant who unsubscribes after confirming keeps their entry.

7. Winner Selection

After the Entry Period ends, the Sponsor locks the list of eligible, confirmed entries. Each entry is listed once, by its submission ID.

On December 18, 2026, the Sponsor will run one random drawing using the RANDOM.ORG Third-Party Draw Service (https://www.random.org/draws/). RANDOM.ORG is an independent random-number service. It selects the results and keeps a record of the drawing. The Sponsor sends RANDOM.ORG submission IDs only — never names, email addresses or phone numbers.

The drawing selects one (1) potential winner and three (3) alternates at the same time. Alternates are used only if needed, in the order shown on the RANDOM.ORG record.

The drawing is run by a representative of the Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final. After the drawing, the Sponsor posts the drawing date, the number of eligible entries, the locked list's SHA-256 fingerprint, the RANDOM.ORG record link and the winning submission ID at https://freecruisegiveaway.com.

8. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Prize and Approximate Retail Value

One (1) prize. The winner chooses Option A or Option B.

Option A — free cruise. One Margaritaville at Sea cruise for the winner and one (1) guest, sharing one cabin, booked through Travelin' With Kathryn. The Sponsor pays the full cruise price for the cabin, including taxes, port fees and the cruise line's standard gratuities. The winner chooses the sailing from Margaritaville at Sea sailings whose all-in cabin price is $350 or less and that have space when booked. The winner pays nothing for the cruise itself.

Option B — cruise credit. Instead of Option A, a credit of up to $350 toward a different cruise booked through Travelin' With Kathryn. The winner pays any amount above $350.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $350 (the all-in price of the chosen sailing, or the credit used). Total ARV of all prizes: up to $350.

Not included (the winner and guest pay these): travel to and from the port, parking, hotels, travel insurance, passports and travel documents, drinks and beverage packages, specialty dining, shore excursions, spa, internet, onboard purchases, cabin upgrades, any added guests, any charge from changing or cancelling the booking after it is made, and, for Option B, any cruise cost above $350.

Booking and travel dates: the cruise must be booked through Travelin' With Kathryn by June 30, 2027, and must sail by December 31, 2027. If not, the prize is forfeited.

The guest:

• travels on the same sailing and in the same cabin as the winner;
• must meet the cruise line's age, passport and health rules, and sign any release the Sponsor or cruise line requires;
• if under 18, must be the winner's child or a minor in the winner's legal care, and the winner's parent or legal guardian signs the guest's release.

Age to travel: the winner must meet the cruise line's age rules, or travel with a guest who does.

Other terms:

• No cash alternative. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is not available.
• Travel is subject to the cruise line's terms and availability. The Sponsor is not responsible for cruise line cancellations, changes or delays.

10. Winner Notification and Claim

The potential winner will be notified by email, text message and phone call within 2 days after the drawing. A mail-in winner is contacted by the email address or phone number on their card. A winner who has opted out of text messages is contacted by email and phone only. The potential winner must reply within 10 days of the first notice attempt (the "claim window").

Within the same 10-day claim window, the potential winner must sign and return a short affidavit of eligibility and liability release. In it, the winner confirms they meet Section 2, that their entry followed these rules, and that they release the Sponsor as described in Section 15. The guest signs a matching release before travel. The prize is not conditioned on any publicity release (see Section 12).

The next alternate, in record order, is contacted if the potential winner (or an earlier alternate):

• is not eligible, or broke these rules (including a duplicate or false identity found after the drawing);
• does not reply within the claim window, or every notice is returned as undeliverable;
• declines the prize; or
• does not sign and return any required form on time.

Each alternate gets the same notice method and the same claim window as the winner.

If the winner and all three alternates fail, the Sponsor runs one new RANDOM.ORG drawing from the same locked list, without the four IDs already drawn. It is logged with a written reason, and its result is used the same way.

11. Taxes

The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. The prize value ($350) is under the federal Form 1099-MISC reporting level for prizes paid in 2026, so the Sponsor does not expect to issue a Form 1099. The prize is still taxable income to the winner. The Sponsor may ask the winner for a completed IRS Form W-9 if the law requires it.

12. Publicity

The winner is announced publicly by their submission ID (for example FCG-XXXX-XXXX) only. The Sponsor does not publish the winner's name, city, photo or any other personal detail.

The winner may choose to let the Sponsor share their name, photo or story (for example on social media). That is up to the winner. It needs the winner's separate written consent and is never a condition of receiving the prize.

13. Privacy

Information collected in this Giveaway is collected by the Sponsor and used as described in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://freecruisegiveaway.com/privacy. Online entrants agree to receive the Travelin' With Kathryn email newsletter. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not cancel a confirmed entry. To stop fraud and to keep proof of consent, the Sponsor also records the date and time of each confirmation, the internet (IP) address used to enter, the browser used, the page the entry came from, and the link that brought the entrant to the site. The Sponsor never sells entrant information. It is shared only with the service providers that run the Giveaway (for example the Sponsor's customer database, email and text message providers), with RANDOM.ORG (submission IDs only), and with the cruise line only to book the winner's cruise. Mobile numbers are used for the confirmation code and, only if the entrant separately agrees, for text messages from Travelin' With Kathryn. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Entry and consent records are kept for 4 years after the drawing, then deleted. Newsletter subscribers' contact details are kept while they are subscribed.

14. General Conditions

The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, breaks these rules, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent way. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of a virus, bug, tampering, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the Sponsor's control, the Sponsor may cancel, end, change or suspend it and, if it does, may draw from eligible entries received before the problem, using the method in Section 7. If the Giveaway is cancelled, the Sponsor posts a notice at https://freecruisegiveaway.com. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or unreadable entries, confirmation messages that are not delivered, or carrier or network failures.

15. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release the Sponsor and its owners, employees and agents from any liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from entering the Giveaway or accepting or using the prize, including travel on the cruise, to the fullest extent allowed by law. The cruise is provided by the cruise line under its own terms. The Sponsor is not responsible for the cruise line's acts or failures. Nothing in these rules limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Disputes and Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the Giveaway must be brought individually, not as part of a class action, in the state or federal courts serving Lee County, Florida. To the extent the law allows, any award is limited to the entrant's actual out-of-pocket costs of entering (for example postage), and not attorney's fees or other damages.

17. Winner Results

After the drawing, the Sponsor posts the RANDOM.ORG drawing record at https://freecruisegiveaway.com and links to it. The public result shows submission IDs only: the winning ID and the alternates' IDs, in record order. It shows no names or other personal details. Any entrant can use their own submission ID to check the record.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, or any social network.

These Official Rules may be offered in Spanish. If the English and Spanish versions differ, the English version controls.
