What I collect

• Your name, email, mobile number and mailing address, from the entry form.
• Whether you ticked each box: newsletter, Official Rules, and the optional text-message box, with the exact wording you saw.
• The date and time you entered and confirmed, the internet (IP) address and browser used, and the page you came from.

Why

• Email: to confirm your entry, send your submission ID and send my newsletter.
• Mobile: to send one code that confirms your entry. Marketing texts go only to people who tick the separate text-message box.
• Mailing address: to check eligibility and reach the winner about the prize.
• IP address and times: to stop fraud and duplicate entries.

Who sees it

I never sell your information. I share it only with the service providers that run the giveaway (for example my customer database, email and text message providers), with RANDOM.ORG (submission IDs only), and with the cruise line only to book the winner’s cruise.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

• Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not cancel a confirmed entry.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.

How long I keep it

Entry and consent records are kept for 4 years after the drawing, then deleted. If you stay on the newsletter, your contact details are kept while you are subscribed.
